The Enterprise Solutions team is led by the Manager of Enterprise Solutions, supported by two team leaders (Software Development and Business Analysis); two System Developers, a Business Analyst, a CRM Analyst Programmer, a Contractor, and two GAP intern Software Developers.

WHAT DOES THE TEAM DO?

The purpose of the Futuregrowth Enterprise Solutions (ES) team, as the name might suggest, is to engineer solutions (using advanced technology and “systems” thinking) to resolve or improve business processes across the organisation – for the ultimate benefit of our clients.

This may involve identifying, analysing and understanding the business need and opportunities, and then designing, building, developing and implementing systems or processes, and supporting the technology used. There is a strong emphasis on enabling and creating client value, as well as growing young developers and imparting new ways of thinking to solve business problems.

Technology is a fundamental to modern business. As such, the team is deeply involved in the formulation and execution of the organisational strategy, leveraging Agile methods and enterprise architectures.

We work ‘on’ the ship & not necessarily ‘within’ the ship.”
