The Futuregrowth Community Property Fund (Comprop) has bought the King Senzangakhona Shopping Centre in Ulundi (KZN) the Murchison Mall in Ladysmith (KZN). Comprop’s 22 shopping centres are in prime locations within townships and rural areas.
