Agri-Fund
The Futuregrowth Agri-Fund Fund will invest mainly in equity investments in agricultural land, agribusinesses and farming infrastructure.
The Fund provides institutional investors with a unique opportunity to participate in the agricultural sector. Investors benefit from stable, long-term, non-market linked returns, access to a pool of assets not generally available to institutional investors and an opportunity to participate in long-term development within the agricultural sector.

Community Property Fund
The Community Property Fund focuses on the provision of finance for the development of retail shopping centres catering to the needs of under-serviced communities throughout South Africa.
The Fund has invested in the development of thirty shopping centres located in rural and township areas countrywide. These centres are located in eight of the nine provinces, providing retail services and products to a primary target market of approximately 7 million people.
The centres cater for a niche market of low to middle income groups. They vary in size between 5000m² and 50 000m² and are typically anchored by supermarket, clothing, banking and furniture retailers.
The Fund outsources its property management and property asset management to PIC Real Estate Asset Managers.
Development Equity Fund
The Futuregrowth Development Equity Fund has a broad risk mandate to participate in equity and related investments in socially responsible projects and businesses or developmental assets in southern Africa.
The Fund seeks suitable risk-adjusted returns and tangible developmental impact. It invests mainly in equity and participating instruments, but allows up to 20% in debt instruments. The Fund invests principally in unlisted transactions, but relevant listed instruments are not precluded.
The Fund provides investors with a cost effective and flexible channel to participate in the infrastructure and development equity asset class. Investors benefit from the exclusive ability to access an existing pool of stable assets, access to a flow of developmental transactions, a lower than market fee and the ability to play a role in creating a new pool of risk capital for South African development.
Infrastructure & Development Bond Fund
The Futuregrowth Infrastructure & Development Bond Fund seeks to make investments that facilitate infrastructural, social, environmental and economic development in southern Africa. This specialist yield enhanced bond portfolio has conservative risk limits and seeks diversity, reasonable yield enhancement, and relatively low volatility due to moderate interest rate positions. The Fund is suitable to represent a portion of the bond allocation in balanced portfolios, as a core or specialised bond holding, or as a core SRI holding.
SRI Balanced Fund
The Futuregrowth SRI Balanced Fund addresses the complex nature of socially responsible investing in South Africa by providing access in a balanced fund solution to bonds, property, equity and cash.The underlying portfolios consist of the Infrastructure & Development Bond, Development Equity and Community Property Funds which provide investors with infrastructural and social impact, while the SRI Equity Fund provides investors with exposure to listed equities that have met the JSE's SRI Index criteria with regards to environmental, economic and social performance.
